when u want to select a brush u open a box right ! there is a little arrow on the box click it ... then u will find load brushes !

it depend on the avater size u want ! ...
if u mean the borders ?? pixels borders ?? u can use the pin ! its with the brush ... 1 pixel ! if u want to do any pixel words or little drows like stars ....
