im gonna show you how can u made a pxiel writting or using the pixels in desainning ur siggys !

1- open a new file ! New>file>then choose the size you want ...
2- make a new layer and paint it in balck color
3- write the word you want on it with white color

it should look llike this :



4- copy the layer with the word you'v write "now u'll have 2 layers with the word"
5- leave the first layer and work now on the secound one
6- first u'll have to add the blur effict on it (Filter>blur>Gaussian)
7- now marge this layer with the black background
8- use the effict Pixelate on it .. (Filters> Pixelate> Mosaic) u'll need from 10-20
it should look now like this

9- now choose the secound layer that u didnt work on it
and change his opacity into 50%


10- use the effict sharpen on the background (Filters>Sharpen>sharpen)
use it until the pic look like this :



if u want to change the color all you have to do is :
go to : Image- adjust- hue/satursation

then choose the color you want
