it's basically saying that nrj awards will be arranged at hartwall arena,helsinki finland. there's at least three foreign stars which has been confirmed to perform there and THE BIGGEST AND IMPORTANT (TO ME ) IS SHAKIRA.
and article also tells that shakira's arriving to finland has been waited really long. she performed last time in here at kaivopuisto in 2002.

i'm gonna be there. seems that my mom is buying the tickets for me, but ticket sales starts at 19th december so i have to wait while till i get them
